We offer a digital consultation service, and due to the nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once a session is booked.

📌 Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable if:

  • We are unable to deliver the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

  • You can reschedule the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

• Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes (e.g., “I didn’t like the advice”)

• Misuse or misunderstanding of the service scope

🔁 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session once, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
